What Tammy Is About

Over a 12-year period of time, Tammy Redmon completely transformed her life. With the help of a coach of her own, she went from a limiting, unfulfilling position in the corporate world to the phenomenal executive coach and sought-after speaker she is today. Named Coach of the Quarter in 2008 by the International Coaching Federation, Tammy has brought her empowering messages and coaching programs to hundreds of CEOs and business leaders who are ready to ‘go big’ with their goals and vision.

Where Tammy started

Tammy understands how limiting beliefs and unfulfilled goals can create barriers to professional and personal growth. One day she looked at the wall of her little cubicle and realized that she was ‘broke, busted and disgusted.’ It dawned on her that she could do better, much better for herself.

With an amazing coach and mentor to guide her, she learned how to live an authentic, passion-filled life. And in the process, she discovered her calling in life: helping smart, strong and determined business owners and executives with great potential achieve the same incredible breakthroughs.

Where Tammy is today: helping organizations and people ‘go big’

Today Tammy is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She holds special certifications in Leadership Development, Team Coaching and Executive Coaching.

She wakes up every day energized about the work ahead of her: helping clients ‘go big’ by removing obstacles to growth, resolving team conflicts and making the changes that lead to remarkable breakthroughs.

Some days she is speaking her truths at business-sponsored events, entertaining and inspiring audiences with her stories of breaking through barriers with powerful communication, learning self-care, finding the right tools for organizational growth and setting aside limiting beliefs. Other days, she is helping business leaders shift their perspectives, challenge their own assumptions and move from breakdown to breakthrough.

Tammy believes that if you hold people to a higher standard, they will step up and meet it. She delights in bringing people to those aha moments that lead to positive change.

Tammy’s ideal client

Tammy looks for business owners, CEOs and professional coaches who don’t want prepackaged or drive-through solutions: professionals who want to get in touch with their authentic selves and chart their own course to increased revenues, a happier work life and greater success. She works well with business owners and leaders who are serious about co-creating a space for tackling their unique challenges.

Tammy is happiest working with clients who take her up on her challenge to “Go big or go back to bed.” When they do, amazing things start to happen. It’s the precise moment when her clients discover that they already have all the resources within themselves to achieve their goals. These kinds of clients, who open themselves up to all the possibilities, get the most from Tammy’s coaching.

What Tammy does best

Tammy’s clients love her direct, honest and sometimes playful approach. She believes in the power of humor to break down the barriers—those pink elephants in the room, as she calls them—that stand in the way of change. She has been known to caution a client who is resisting change or holding onto a limiting belief with, “Don’t make me put my pointy toe shoes on.”

Because she has developed phenomenal listening skills, she has a knack for cutting to the core issue by asking the perfect question at the perfect time. The kind of question that helps move the thinking forward toward the best solution.

Tammy sees her strongest skills as:

  • teaching leaders how to open the lines of communication and have ‘bold conversations’
  • motivating people and holding them accountable
  • building and maintaining trust so leaders feel safe throughout the coaching process

What do her clients think she does best?:

“…Tammy provides holistic services…addressing personal beliefs and habits that can hinder business growth.”

“…she helped me assess both my strengths and weaknesses…”

“…she operates her business with character and standards…”

“…I am impressed by Tammy’s integrity and conscientious service…”
