Coaching for Organization-Wide Change

When the mindset for exciting change and growth takes root throughout a company, all employees get “on the same page” and people begin working together to create their ideal culture and workplace. Tammy’s intensive coaching for organization-wide change will impact your company at every level.
If you are unsure of the motivation levels of your employees, how satisfied they are in their jobs, or how ready they are for change, Tammy’s Organizational Cultural Assessment will give you the answers. You’ll get resources and support to identify the forces that are barriers to change, define the changes that need to take place and develop a sustainable plan to be sure they happen.

The Coaching for Organization-Wide Change Package
With this package, you get:
For your teams:
- A 60-minute, one-on-one intake session for each team member. Identify and define the roadblocks and cultural assumptions that are blocking your organization’s success.
- In-person and online meetings. Leveraging the passion, vision and personal power of your team, Tammy will work with you to design steps to promote improved communication and business development strategies.
- 9 goal-focused team coaching sessions. Based on your team’s identified needs, Tammy creates a customized plan that includes:
- Creating and aligning cultural awareness goals
- Creating and aligning Guiding Statements to support organizational goals
- Co-creating growth strategies
- Working together to create action plans to improve operations
- Playing in the sandbox together to achieve your organization’s goals
For your senior leadership:
- A 60-minute, one-on-one intake session for each senior leadership member. Identify and define the roadblocks and cultural assumptions that may be impeding the success of your leadership team.
- In-person and online meetings. Leveraging the passion, vision and personal power of your team, Tammy will work with you to design steps to support business development across your entire organization. You also get a Leadership Inventory and Diagnosis to help you assess the current culture and identify areas for influencing change.
- A Cross-Organizational Diagnostic Assessment. This process measures the current culture outside the leadership team. The resulting data is used to make sure that decisions for change, action planning and goal setting contain the foundational element for leaders as they work on identifying and aligning growth goals: a focus on “what we want” versus “what is happening around us or to us.”
A combination of 12 team and individual coaching sessions. Tammy will help your team create and align cultural awareness and Guiding Statements. Using the highly successful Transformative TEAM Coaching model, she will help your senior leaders co-create growth strategies and action plans for improving teamwork: “How do we play in the sandbox together to achieve more of our goals?” You’ll also start outlining an Action Plan to support team transformation that will affect the culture throughout your organization as you define a strategy for building effective leaders throughout your organization.
And/or all your employees:
- An Organizational Cultural Assessment. You’ll get invaluable information about how your employees perceive your organization’s existing culture, including: what their ideal culture is and how to create it, what behaviors in your company are being rewarded, how motivated and satisfied your employees are and how effectively they perform. The results allow you to: 1) gauge your organization’s readiness for change; 2) identify and address the forces in your organization that will promote or stall cultural change; and 3) define the specific changes that need to take place in your organization.
- A 1-day Cultural Enhancement Training- Tammy focuses your employees’ energies on the mindsets and limiting beliefs that stop them from achieving their goals. At the end of the day, your staff will have vision and increased clarity around what they are doing that might impede your organizations’ growth and success. They will also have completed Guiding Statements and an Action Plan to make communication, cultural transformation and progress toward organizational goals more achievable. Sustainability is built into the plan so the process and progress continue into the future.
