  • A business intake interview. Before coaching starts, Tammy works with you to assess your current business model and define your needs so together you can develop strategies to support a solid foundation for growth.
  • One-on-one customized coaching over an 12-week period. You’ll get help defining, outlining and building action steps to map out where your business is going and the route you will take to get there. Through in-person, telephone and online meetings, you will focus on your passions, your unique vision and your power to realize your goals.
  • 2- day, intensive Discover Your Vision workshop. Tammy guides you in discovering your purpose and passions so you can align your business’s mission with your personal core values. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your life purpose, greater clarity—for your life and your business—and the confidence to step out of your comfort zone to discover your own personal vision.
  • Action Plan support. You’ll begin to 1) develop an Action Plan for building your business plan, process and materials; 2) create a marketing and outreach plan based on your demographics; and 3) incorporate a plan to sustain the momentum for ongoing increased revenues and business growth.
